Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s been awhile since you have heard from us.  Hurricane Sandy surely created a lot of changes in our lives and we are so thankful that we are getting back to our normal routine in school.  Going through something of this nature makes all of us think about the things that are most important to us in our lives. With that being said, we wanted to reflect on all of the things that we are thankful for this year.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy the time with your friends and family. 

Mrs. Maione- I am thankful for so many things this year I don’t know where to begin!  One thing I am extremely thankful for is that all of my family and friends are safe after Hurricane Sandy.  I am also very thankful for my AMAZING class. My students make me smile everyday!

Caila- I am thankful for my family and friends because from hurricane Sandy people lost family members and friends, but I am happy that I didn’t.

Ethan- I am thankful for my family because they help me when I get hurt.

Samantha- I am thankful for my house and my family.

Sara- I am thankful for my family and friends because they always support me in what I do!

Jason- I am thankful for my friends and family because they support me when I need them.

Ronnie- I am thankful for my mom because she loves me and takes care of me.

Alex- I am thankful for my family and friends and that I did not lose my house because if I did I would lose all my favorite memories and good thing I did not lose any family members.

Evie- I am thankful that my Poppa has us over for Thanksgiving every year.

Chris- I am thankful for my family and friends because they always have my back and help me when I am hurt.

Brendon- I am thankful for my home because if I didn’t have a home I would be freezing.

Joey- I am thankful for having school with friends, family and nice teachers.

Ryan- I am thankful for my friends and family because there always there when I need them.

Samuel- I am thankful for my family and friends because they are really nice.

Alicia- I am thankful for my mom and dad because my dad works hard at work for me to go to school. My mom always takes care of me every day and she always fills my bucket.

Tasnim- I am thankful for my sister Taskin because she helps me do things and she keeps me in company when I’m bored.

Claire- I’m thankful for my family and my friends because they keep me company and for my teacher that teaches me a lot. I’m also thankful because nothing bad happened to me in the hurricane.

Lila- I am thankful for freedom because, if we didn’t have freedom we would have slavery. Also, I am thankful for our homes because in hurricane Sandy people lost there homes. I am happy that I have one to go to every day.

Justin-I am thankful for my family and friends because they stand up for me.

   Neha- I am thankful for my teacher because she makes me smarter.

Mackenzie- I am thankful for my friends, family and home. My family and friends are always there for me and my home keeps me warm and snug and I like that.

Janissa- I am thankful for my cat Eli because he is sick and he is getting better.

Vivian- I am thankful for my house, family and best friends because my family and friends care about me.

Dylan- I’m thankful for having great friends and family because they have my back when I need them.

Evelyn- I am thankful for my brother Randy because he always makes me laugh and he lets me have fun everyday.

Mia- I am thankful because I want to help my mom when she is cooking. I want to be a good person to my mom so she can be happy with me.
